Mohamed is our General Manager and has been working with us since 2009. Mohamed has grown to become a central part of the team responsible for overseeing daily business operations, developing and implementing growth strategies, creating and managing budgets and improving revenues, evaluating performance and productivity, researching and identifying growth opportunities, identifying and developing links with stakeholders internally and externally within EMIC Training, undertaking research to identify both local and regional market needs and undertaking management duties in order to grow and sustain the stakeholder as a core EMIC Training client. Prior to joining EMIC, Mohamed worked in Sky Tv in the United Kingdom looking after Marketing and Sales. Mohamed is a qualified Trainer and Assessor, a Qualified Assessor by SHL and Saville Consulting, holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of South Wales, a Certificate in Strategic Marketing from Insead Business School and a Certified Project Management Professional. Mohamed has worked extensively on projects which have encompassed the design and evaluation of customer-focused business development projects including Aluminium Bahrain (Alba), Olayan Kimberly-Clark, Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco), Gulf Aluminium Rolling Mill (GARMCO), Osool Asset Management, Amlak, Bahrain Development Bank, Bahrain Marina, Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY), Awal Gulf Manufacturing Company, Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo (E.K. Kanoo) and Qatar Finance & Business Academy (QFBA).
