I have effectively led large teams of people in both commercial and general management positions in large multinational groups (Air France-KLM, Qatar Airways, Kenya Airways, Gulf Air). My main focus is to achieve ambitious revenue and cost targets by creating effective and motivated teams dedicated to revenue growth across all channels. Negotiation of complex deals: multi-millions corporate contracts (France, Europe, USA, Latin America, Asia, Africa) and strategic incentive contracts with key distributors.

•International focus
Over the years, I have covered Europe, the US, Latin America, Middle East, Asia, the Indian sub-continent and Africa. In my current role, I have the worldwide Commercial responsibility of Gulf Air.
