Focused on completion of project scope of work within the planned schedule, bid budget, Quality and HSE standards; managing continuous-change nature of offshore projects, during the Tender stage, Planning, project start-up, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction engineering, transportation and installation.
Strong Leadership and team motivation towards achieving project goals, sound planning skills, efficient budget management in terms of cost and revenue, resources management, extensive knowledge in identifying and management changes, optimization of the execution plan, involving revisiting FEED during detailed engineering, focused on profit improvement and introduction of efficient alternative solutions while maintaining Safety and Quality as fundamentals, early identification of problems/issues and developing appropriate solutions and early identification of changes.
